For international events or multilingual meetings, we have fully equipped interpreters' booths so that participants can effortlessly follow and communicate in their own language.

Thanks to its location close to Brussels, Mechelen and Antwerp, Let's Meet Elewijt is easy to reach by car and public transport. Moreover, there is more than enough parking space, allowing participants to arrive without stress. Tapas Evening – Let’s meet Elewijt Saturday, July 5 & Friday, August 29 · 5 PM–10 PM · €35 Enjoy a relaxed summer evening with a delicious Spanish tapas board and a selection of hot tapas such as beef tartare with chorizo mayo, patatas bravas, fritura de bacalao, Duroc pork croquettes, mussels, and pork sausage in a spicy sauce. Desserts like crema catalana, churros, or chocolate mousse with Licor 43 are available separately (€9).

Very friendly staff, spacious modern rooms, wonderful breakfast buffet. Beautiful and bright training rooms and meeting rooms with all necessary amenities. Vegetarian and vegan alternatives. Other dietary requirements can also be catered for.
